39يَمحُو اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَيُثبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الكِتابِM. M. PickthallAllah effaceth what He will, and establisheth (what He will), and with Him is the source of ordinance.
