95 Preface وَحَرامٌ عَلىٰ قَريَةٍ أَهلَكناها أَنَّهُم لا يَرجِعونَAli Quli QaraiIt is forbidden for [the people of] any town that We have destroyed [to return to the world]: they shall not return.
