48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاAisha BewleyIt is He who sends out the winds, bringing advance news of His mercy. And We send down from heaven pure water
