39وَاستَكبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنودُهُ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ وَظَنّوا أَنَّهُم إِلَينا لا يُرجَعونَRashad KhalifaThus, he and his troops continued to commit arrogance on earth, without any right, and thought that they would not be returned to us.
