21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَFaridul HaqueHe punishes whomever He wills and has mercy upon whomever He wills; and towards Him only you are to return.
