21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَHamid Aziz"He punishes whom He will, and bestows mercy on whom He will; and towards Him are you turned.
