21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَQaribullah & DarwishHe punishes whom He will and has mercy to whom He will. To Him you shall be turned.
