48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاRashad KhalifaHe is the One who sends the winds with good omens of His mercy, and we send down from the sky pure water.
