48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاT. B. IrvingHe is the One Who has sent the winds as heralds announcing His mercy. We send pure water down from the sky,
