48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاMuhammad AliAnd He it is Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy; and We send down pure water from the clouds,
