54 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي خَلَقَ مِنَ الماءِ بَشَرًا فَجَعَلَهُ نَسَبًا وَصِهرًا ۗ وَكانَ رَبُّكَ قَديرًاAli Quli QaraiIt is He who created the human being from water, then invested him with ties of blood and marriage, and your Lord is all-powerful.
