23وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا بِآياتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقائِهِ أُولٰئِكَ يَئِسوا مِن رَحمَتي وَأُولٰئِكَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌ(Irfan-ul-Quran)And those who reject Allah’s Revelations and deny meeting with Him, they despair of My Mercy. And it is they for whom there is painful punishment.
