3وَلَقَد فَتَنَّا الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم ۖ فَلَيَعلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذينَ صَدَقوا وَلَيَعلَمَنَّ الكاذِبينَGeorge SaleWe heretofore proved those who were before them; for God will surely know them who are sincere, and He will surely know the liars.
