26وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ كُلٌّ لَهُ قانِتونَLaleh BakhtiarAnd to Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth. All are ones who are morally obligated to Him.
