30قُل لَكُم ميعادُ يَومٍ لا تَستَأخِرونَ عَنهُ ساعَةً وَلا تَستَقدِمونَAhmed & SamiraSay: "For you (is) a day's/time's appointment you do not delay/lag behind an hour , and nor you advance/precede ."
