And when Musa (Moses) returned to his people pent up with anger and grief, he said: ‘You have perpetrated a serious evil in my absence (after my departure). Did you make haste by the Command of your Lord?’ And (Musa [Moses]) put down the Tablets (of the Torah) and catching his brother’s head pulled him towards himself. (Then) Harun (Aaron) said: ‘O son of my mother! Surely these people considered me weak and had nearly killed me (on my forbidding). So do not provide the enemies an opportunity to laugh at me, nor include me among (the clan of) these wrongdoers.’
