10لا يَرقُبونَ في مُؤمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُعتَدونَSyed V. AhamedThey do not respect the ties of friendship or of promise, in a believer. It is they who have exceeded all limits.
