27ثُمَّ يَتوبُ اللَّهُ مِن بَعدِ ذٰلِكَ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌZafar AnsariThen (after so chastising the unbelievers), Allah enables, whomsoever He wills, to repent. Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful.
